I JUST RECIEVED SOME FUN TIPS FOR YOUR STYLUS Icon shapes are very popular and used everywhere, so I added some fun tips with obvious meanings to the online shop. These can be used to imprint an icon shape or to make patterns, borders or to other marks within your artwork. They can be more versatile than you might imagine and work on edges as well as in flat form.
Introducing the new Encaustic Art Stylus Pro

I am so happy to tell you that the new Encaustic Art Stylus Pro is now available :-) It comes with three attachments (see pictures above) and has an on/off switch with two different heat settings plus a red light that shows when the stylus is turned on. Good news is that all the threaded attachments from the previous model will still fit into the Stylus Pro. Soon there will be many more fancy attachments available. I am having a wee studio sale on new unused products from my own studio and new but discontinued products from the shop. Enkaustikos Wax Medium is made from a 1:1 ratio of U.S. Pharmaceutical Grade Beeswax and Damar Resin. Their XD Wax Medium features extra damar. This Wax Medium has a higher content of damar resin than the original, giving it a thicker consistency when liquified. It also has a sticky tack while drying for easy texture build up and will stay pliable for a longer time than our original Wax Medium.
